If youve mounted your ESP elsewhere, or installed rEFInd elsewhere, you should adjust the command appropriately. This example assumes that your ESP is mounted at /boot/efi and that rEFInd is installed in EFI/refind on that partition. You may want to update this in the couple places it is mentioned on your site, I'm not certain if the quotes also work on Windows 7 as I don't have an EFI based install to test with, but you could ask your readers to try and share. A simple monochrome theme for the rEFInd UEFI boot manager. You must type this command as root (or use sudo in some environments, such as under Ubuntu). None of the Microsoft documentation mentions this, but you NEED single quotes around ' path \EFI\refind\refind_圆4.efi Fatdog64 uses rEFInd as its primary boot loader and an official copy of rEFInd is included in Fatdog ISO. After losing access to rEFInd yet again (Windows 10 Anniversary Edition), I was able to find the proper invocation of BCDEdit thanks to a helpful person on StackOverflow. rEFInd is a very nice boot loader / boot manager written by Rod Smith.
